The group was formed to meet requests for membership which could not be accommodated by Group 1, reflecting a growing interest in the subject.

The group meets in the Chantry in Thornbury on the second Tuesday of each month to discuss both its existing shares and the selection of new investments.

Whilst a light-hearted and social approach is taken there are serious considerations as to both investment into and divestment from our portfolio.

Funds are accumulated by means of a one off joining fee and a monthly subscription with individual interests monitored by the use of detailed monthly accounts. Members can withdraw their investment at any time under the rules of the group.

The Club is currently full but up to two visitors can come along at any one time for up to two visits but based only on joining the waiting list.
