Our meetings are held in The Wheatsheaf, Chapel St. Thornbury, in the bar room to the left at the entrance, on 2nd and 4th Tuesdays of each month from 2.00pm until approximately 4.00pm.

Initially instructions on the rules of playing Canasta will be given to the complete beginners - and those that have not played for years can refresh their memories.

Currently there is no ongoing cost for room hire. Being a public house it is hoped that you can support the bar by buying a beverage of your choice. From time to time a small contribution towards gaming materials used in the group may be requested.
