Bridge group 3 gives u3a Thornbury members the opportunity to enjoy duplicate bridge, on a Friday afternoon. We are currently looking for new members.

It would be good to have a rudimentary knowledge of duplicate bridge in order to play but we are a very friendly group of varying skills and would be happy to provide basic guidance to new entrants. It is generally necessary to join with a partner but we will always assist if you have none. Play starts at 2 p.m. prompt every Friday, during the season, at the Olveston Methodist Church Hall. We generally do not play in July and August and over bank holidays.
